STS turbo

Im looking to put this on my 03 dodge dakota 3.9 to get some extra power and torque
only problem is im wondering how it will perform in the cold

Colder the better. But for the most part. Doesn't affect the turbo. Also after a period of time it warms up along with the exhaust. What you don't want going into your turbo is a liquid or warm/hot air.
